Cape Pleated Maxi Dress

$79.00
This is not a dress. This is an arrival. Cape panels cascade from structured shoulders and move with you, while the floor-length pleated skirt flows beneath with a rhythm all its own. A clean round neckline keeps the look refined, so the drama comes from the movement, not from excess.
